DAILY RATES
Rates include the day of arrival and the day of departure and are based on cats sharing from the same family:​​​​​​​

All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.

For all new bookings commencing on or after 1st January 2026, our daily rates including the day of arrival and the day of departure will be:

All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.
We ask new customers to pay a £20.00 non-refundable deposit per cat, details of which we will give to you upon confirmation of availability.
​We do encourage all new customers to come and view the cattery and to meet with us to ensure that you are happy with the accommodation and services on offer for your cat to stay with us. Viewings can be booked by appointment only before a deposit is paid.

Cancellation policy: In the event of you having to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
30 days or more prior to arrival: No charge
15-29 days prior to arrival: 50%
Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100%

CLOSURE DATES
2025 closure dates: Tuesday 18 November 2025 to Thursday 11 December 2025 inclusive (re-opening on Friday12 December 2025 at 10am)
Closed bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR 2025/2026
The cattery is open for guests to stay over the Christmas and New Year period.
Please note that we like all of our Christmas guests to have arrived and be settled in to their rooms by no later than 5pm on 23rd December 2025. This is to ensure that owners can get away for their Christmas break knowing that their fur babies are settled and happy with us with no last minute disappearing acts when they see the cat carrier!
The cattery will then be closed for arrivals and departures on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day re-opening on 27th December at 10am.
The cattery will close again for arrivals and departures on New Years Eve and New Years Day re-opening on 2nd January 2026 at 10am.
